Once you’ve visited the showroom to browse ranges, we organise a home visit to measure your space. We will also discuss potential building work, flooring and heating options and other details of your dream design.

After we’ve measured and discussed your vision for the space comes the exciting part: we present you with the design sketch at the showroom. Here we will walk you through options, narrow in on the details, make final choices and ensure that every element is exactly right for you. Feel free to ask any questions about the design and build process. We believe in open communication to ensure that we fully understand your vision for the perfect room. We’re here to go above and beyond to bring your ideas to life!

Our team will then discuss the overall timeline and installation dates that suit your calendar. Next, we confirm your order and take a deposit. Soon after, a member of the team will be in touch to confirm your installation date.
